French-based international renewable energy company, Voltalia, was selected by ESB to deliver Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services for two solar power plants in Ireland totaling 92.9MW. The projects include the 43.7MW Carriglong and the 49.2MW Clashwilliam plants. This marked their fourth collaboration since 2023. Voltalia previously handled the 108MW Timahoe North and 75MW Middleton House projects for ESB. Since summer 2024, Voltalia secured construction contracts for over 600MW in Ireland, in addition to 365MW already commissioned since 2022.
