US-based Voltage Energy has launched two EBOS solutions, IBEX PLUS and the new LYNX. IBEX PLUS was designed for 70 A–168 A current range, with a 97% aluminum build, flexible aluminum wire, and four-port configuration supporting copper or aluminum conductors. It was prepared for 2 kV systems. LYNX was developed for large-scale utility blocks and supported up to 791 A continuous current with 1250 MCM aluminum trunks. Its branch inputs were rated to 95 A and tested with 4 AWG aluminum. The system used direct-to-inverter architecture without requiring a combiner box. It was also prepared for 2 kV systems.
