VODASUN Group, headquartered in Munich, has partnered with DIBAG Industriebau AG to integrate photovoltaic systems into nationwide construction projects. The cooperation is covering about 15 sites, including Allershausen, Berlin-Wustermark, Berlin and Nittenau. Around 11,300 modules rated at least 440 watts each are planned. The combined capacity is expected to reach nearly 10 megawatts. These systems were estimated to save about 2,800 tons of CO₂ annually. DIBAG’s office, commercial, and residential buildings already meet German Sustainable Building Council Gold certification standards. The company has expanded this approach by adopting rooftop solar as a standard. VODASUN was chosen through a competitive tender due to its proven expertise. The collaboration is aligning construction and solar technology to support efficient, resource-conscious building development across Germany.
