Vikran Engineering has announced an INR 354.21 crore order from Ellume Energy MH SolarOne for a 100 MW AC grid-interactive solar PV project in Maharashtra. The turnkey contract covers engineering, procurement, and construction and is scheduled for completion within 12 months. Following the announcement, the company’s shares rose 4.63% to INR 103.49 on the exchange. Vikran Engineering clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group members were involved with the awarding authority, confirming the deal was not a related-party transaction. The firm provides design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning services across power, water, and railway sectors.
