Trinasolar, a China-based manufacturer of PV modules, has been named a “Top Performer” in Kiwa PVEL’s 2025 PV Module Reliability Scorecard for the 11th consecutive year. According to Kiwa PVEL, Trinasolar’s p-type and n-type modules performed strongly across standard and newly introduced tests, including ultraviolet-induced degradation and enhanced hail impact. The Vertex N 620W NEG19RC.20 and Vertex S+ 445W NE09RH.05 modules were tested under PVEL’s Product Qualification Program for real-world reliability. Trinasolar has stated that the Vertex N 620W module, with up to 23% efficiency, is designed for utility-scale systems using tracking structures. Trinasolar was founded in 1997 and has shipped more than 275 GW of modules globally. The company is currently listed as a BloombergNEF Tier 1 supplier and has been consistently recognized for product quality, long-term reliability, and strong bankability.
