TDK Philippines Corporation has commissioned a 5.65 MW rooftop solar photovoltaic system across two manufacturing facilities in Laguna. The project was developed in collaboration with Aboitiz Upgrade Solar Inc. (AUSI), by supporting TDK’s transition to renewable energy sources. The installation has lowered the company’s use of traditional electricity and made operations more efficient. It was part of TDK’s plan to save energy and cut emissions. Working with AUSI, TDK showed how companies can work together to promote renewable energy in the Philippines. The system now provides clean power to TDK’s facilities and supports the country’s growing solar sector.
