Mumbai-headquartered Tata Power has reported a strong financial performance for the third quarter of FY2025. The company's total income reached INR 16,793.43 crore (~$1.92 billion), an increase from INR 15,294.13 crore (~$1.75 billion) in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. Total expenses remained relatively stable at INR 14,249.35 crore (~$1.63 billion), compared to INR 14,254.11 crore (~$1.63 billion) in Q3 FY24. Profit before Regulatory Deferral Balances rose to INR 1,544.08 crore (~$176.4 million) from INR 1,040.02 crore (~$118.8 million) in the corresponding period of FY24. Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited reported Q3 FY25 revenue of INR 2,122.87 crore (~$242.5 million), a decrease from INR 2,483.93 crore (~$283.8 million) in Q3 FY24. The company continues to expand its operations in rooftop solar projects, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, and solar cell and module manufacturing.
