SunPower Corporation, a California-based solar and storage provider, has agreed to acquire Ambia Solar for $37.5 million in equity. The acquisition is expected to add $83.6 million annual revenue from Q1 2026 as Ambia is merged into SunPower’s Blue Raven division. Leadership responsibilities have shifted as Ambia CEO Conner Ruggio has taken charge of Blue Raven with executives coordinating operational integration across multiple state markets.
