Solex Energy Limited, an India–based solar module manufacturer, has received a INR 544.62 crore order from Spain-headquartered Zelestra Group for manufacturing and supplying n-type TOPCon 615/620 Wp Glass-to-Glass (G12R) solar PV modules. According to Solex Energy’s disclosure to the National Stock Exchange of India, the project is being executed through Zelestra’s Indian subsidiaries — Ganeko Six Energy, Navia One Power, Navia Two Power, Navia Three Power, and Ganeko Two Energy. The agreement, inclusive of all duties and taxes, is scheduled for completion in two phases by February 2026 and November 2026. Solex Energy has clarified that the contract was awarded by domestic entities and is not a related-party transaction. The disclosure, signed by Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Azmin Chiniwala, was filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Prior to this, Solex Energy had supplied 310 MW of solar modules for KPI Green’s projects in India, reinforcing its domestic presence.
