Solarvest Holdings Berhad has secured an MYR 320 million (~$ 76.96 million) EPCC contract under the LSS 5 programme for a 99.99 MW (AC) floating solar project in Kampar, Perak. It was awarded by Wawasan Demi Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of AIZO Group Berhad. The project was scheduled for commercial operation on 30 October 2027. It was expected to generate about 205,709 MWh annually. Solarvest said the project required advanced technical capabilities for floating systems. The company has reported that its order book has reached MYR 1.6 billion after its 2Q FY 2026 results. AIZO Group stated that the contract supported its second large-scale solar venture in Peninsular Malaysia and aligned with its renewable-energy expansion plans in Sarawak. The Group also held its AGM, where all resolutions were passed.
