Solarium Green Energy Limited, an India-based renewable energy company engaged in solar module manufacturing and project development, has signed four Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) for supplying solar photovoltaic modules totaling 100 MW, valued at approximately INR 140 crore (~ $16.8 million). According to Solarium Green Energy, the agreements were signed with Solergy India, Sunstore Solar Private Limited, ARM Renewables, and Suntek Energy Systems Private Limited, and are effective between November 2025 and June 2026. The company has planned to supply G12 and G12R series modules with power outputs exceeding 720 WP and 620 WP, respectively. Solarium Green Energy has stated that the modules will be manufactured at its upcoming facility expected to be commissioned by January 2026. Each unit is priced a INR 14 per watt on an Ex-works basis, with standard payment terms applied.
