Chinese PV module maker Solar N Plus has reported that its Yunnan-based Zhaotong base has become ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certified. The certification procedures have confirmed the compliance of the Zhaotong plant with international quality management standards, environmental practices, and occupational health and safety standards. The Zhaotong plant is highly technology-enabled and serves as a main source of high-efficiency modules with enhanced performance and reliability.Its strategic position in the far southwestern corner of China has expedited shipping and enabled stronger supply chain integration in the Southeast Asian and South Asian markets. Solar N Plus has highlighted that the certifications validate the competitiveness of Zhaotong base in global solar production. Further, Solar N Plus has diversified into energy storage to further develop its portfolio of clean energy and cater to broader market needs. Recently, the company has also begun producing a 210 mm cell at its Chuzhou plant, further increasing its manufacturing capacity.
