Shinobi Capital acquires Elite Renewables to expand UK retrofits

Shinobi Capital Group, a UK-based low-carbon solutions provider, has acquired Elite Renewables, a long-established installer of air source heat pumps and solar PV systems. Elite Renewables has offered air source heat pumps, solar PV, MVHR, battery storage, and EV chargers across London and the South East for over a decade. Shinobi Capital has said that the acquisition expands its national retrofit network and strengthens local service capacity. Elite Renewables will continue operating under its brand, with leadership unchanged, and will receive digital and operational support. The acquisition complements Shinobi Capital’s portfolio, including The Retrofitters and Pyramid Eco, which serve homeowners and housing associations. As per Shinobi Capital, this move responds to growing demand for home retrofits and government incentives like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme.
