R.Power, an European Independent Power Producer, has signed conditional agreements with a third-party investor to sell minority stakes in two Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) holding PV project rights in Poland. The SPVs include near ready-to-build solar projects in Krzyzowa and Lasocice with a combined capacity of up to 92 MW. The partnership covers development and construction of these PV facilities, with plans for onshore wind at the Lasocice grid point. Battery storage integration is under consideration for a later phase. The projects are expected to achieve commercial operation in 2027. The shareholder agreement also includes provisions for future capacity expansion under the same partnership model.
