Singapore-based Royal Golden Eagle (RGE), a global resource-based industrial group, has signed a co-investment agreement to build a utility-scale solar PV plant with BESS in Riau, Indonesia, with TotalEnergies. The project will be developed through their joint venture, Singa Renewables, and constructed in phases. It was designed to power local green industrial complexes and support domestic energy needs.
