Norway-headquartered REC Silicon ASA has reported Q4 2024 revenue of $29.7 million from continuing operations, down from $32.8 million in Q3. The company’s EBITDA loss from continuing operations stands at $5.3 million, improving from a $6.4 million loss in the previous quarter. The Q3 EBITDA figure has been re-presented following the discontinuation of the solar materials segment. Total operations EBITDA was negative $56.5 million, compared to negative $42.7 million in Q3. REC Silicon has ceased production at its Moses Lake facility to retain strategic flexibility and reduce operational expenses. Silicon gas sales volumes for Q4 reached 543 MT, up from 515 MT in Q3. Polysilicon sales totaled 377 MT, fulfilling supply obligations after the Butte facility halted polysilicon production in February 2024.
