Philippines’s Raslag Corp. has appointed Greencity Energy Philippines Inc. (GCE) as the Owner’s Engineer for the 100 MW (AC)Raslag Liwayway Solar Power and Battery Energy Storage System project in Barangay Liwayway, Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija. The selection followed a formal bidding process conducted by Raslag’s Bids and Awards Committee. GCE’s mandate covers project development, design review, procurement assistance, construction supervision, testing and commissioning support, and operations and maintenance transition. The engagement has an initial duration of 18 months, subject to possible extension. In its October 6 SEC disclosure, Raslag said that GCE is a renewable-energy consultancy specializing in photovoltaic technologies. The firm has delivered Owner’s Engineer, technical advisory, and project management services across over 1 GWp of global PV capacity.
