Pipe Solar, a US-based solar proposal and project management company, has recently integrated Scanifly, a New York-based provider of drone and remote PV design software, into its sales and proposal platform. The integration allows sales teams to generate accurate proposals and system designs within Pipe Solar’s interface, removing the need for separate tools. Scanifly offers three design options: AI-generated layouts within seconds, remote professional designs in 5 - 10 minutes, and self-serve inputs. Pipe Solar includes embedded features such as e-signatures, financing approvals, and project milestone tracking to streamline sales workflows. Usage-based billing enables scalability for residential and commercial contractors. All new Pipe Solar users receive Scanifly as the default design engine, improving layout precision and workflow efficiency. Pipe Solar charges $15 per completed proposal. Scanifly enhances PV layout accuracy through drone-based site modeling, shading analysis, and solar production estimates. Earlier this year, Scanifly has partnered with SnapNrack to introduce an API integration to automate PV design and reduce rework for contractors across the US.
