OSW (One Stop Warehouse), an Australia-based solar distributor founded in 2013, has raised $5.5 million from Shanghai-headquartered SparkEdge Capital. The new funding is directed toward expansion into the United States, Mexico, Spain, and Romania while also supporting the GreenSketch platform deployment. GreenSketch, launched in 2025, is described as the first free end-to-end solar tool that integrates design, procurement, subsidies, and project management. OSW has also planned to embed AI-driven solutions for compliance, credit scoring, and carbon tracking with assistance from regional partnerships. SparkEdge Capital has stated its investment decision was based on OSW’s combined expertise in solar distribution and integrated software solutions. OSW has held Australia’s top solar distribution market share for seven consecutive years and has achieved over 20% penetration in parts of Europe.
