OnePlanet Solar Recycling LLC, a Florida–based advanced materials recovery company, has obtained the SERI R2v3 certification for full traceability in PV module recycling. The certification was granted after a comprehensive audit of OnePlanet’s Green Cove Springs facility, confirming compliance with Appendix G standards for responsible PV processing. OnePlanet has developed a verified tracking system that records every incoming and outgoing material, ensuring transparent and accountable recycling operations. According to OnePlanet, the process enables efficient recovery of aluminum, copper, and silicon for reuse in US manufacturing and semiconductor supply chains. The certification has positioned OnePlanet among North America’s first recyclers with verifiable traceability across solar waste streams. It followed OnePlanet’s $ 7 million seed funding round led by Khasma Capital to develop the River City Project. The facility is designed to process up to six million end-of-life solar modules annually upon full operation.
