Japan-based Shizen Operations Inc., part of the Shizen Energy Group, was entrusted with the asset management of over 300 MW of solar power plants for Nozomi Energy Co., Ltd. In December 2024, Nozomi Energy acquired 12 solar projects with a total capacity of 312 MW, which are now under Shizen Operations’ asset management. This increased Shizen Operations’ total managed capacity to approximately 641 MW. As part of its asset management services, Shizen Operations focused on optimizing plant operations, monitoring performance, identifying energy losses, and proposing necessary repairs or upgrades. In November 2024, the asset management division of Shizen Energy Group was merged into Shizen Operations, allowing the company to offer both operation and maintenance (O&M) services along with asset management. This integration enabled Shizen Operations to provide a more comprehensive and efficient management approach for solar power plants.
