Nextracker, a Fremont-based solar technology provider specializing in tracker systems, has disclosed its Q4 and full-year fiscal 2025 results, reporting $3 billion in annual revenue with an 18% YoY increase. According to the report, the company’s backlog exceeded $4.5 billion by the end of Q4, reflecting sustained demand and visibility into future revenues. Growth was supported by the NX Horizon Hail Pro series, designed for hail-prone regions, which secured bookings surpassing 9 GW during the fiscal year. The Hail Pro product line includes both Hail Pro-60 and Hail Pro-75 variants tailored for weather-sensitive deployments. Nextracker also saw increased demand for its NX Horizon-XTR series, optimized for variable terrain, with cumulative sales exceeding 17 GW. The XTR 1.5 tracker, launched recently, contributed to this total. For fiscal year 2026, Nextracker has projected revenue between $3.2 billion and $3.4 billion and expects GAAP net income between $445 million and $503 million.
