KPI Green Energy, an India-based renewable power producer headquartered in Surat, has announced contract agreements with SJVN for a 200 MW solar project in Khavda. KPI Green Energy said that the INR 696.50 crore (~ $84 million) agreements were structured as supply, EPC, and O&M contracts covering construction and three-year maintenance responsibilities. The company has outlined duties including equipment supply, unloading, storage, erection, and complete civil and structural works at the GIPCL Renewable Energy Park. KPI Green Energy has also confirmed that testing, commissioning, and performance demonstration were included under the executed scope. SJVN stated that the partnership was aligned with its project development plan, while KPI Green Energy has expanded its Khavda footprint to more than 845 MWp.
