JinkoSolar, a China-based manufacturer of PV modules and BESS, has unveiled the Tiger Neo 3.0 series and Sungiga G2Plus ESS at SNEC 2025. The Tiger Neo 3.0 module incorporates 20BB, HCP, MAX, and FP technologies, offering 670W output, 24.8% efficiency, and an 85% bifacial ratio. The 520kWh Sungiga G2Plus energy storage system features liquid cooling and is designed for utility, C&I applications. JinkoSolar also revealed a perovskite/TOPCon tandem cell that achieved a certified efficiency of 34.22% and an open-circuit voltage exceeding 2.01V. According to JinkoSolar, reliability testing under DH, TC, and MPPT conditions showed less than 5% degradation. A white paper analyzing TOPCon performance across global sites was also released. JinkoSolar confirmed the Tiger Neo 3.0 module will be available for orders starting in Q4 2025. Prior to SNEC, JinkoSolar also showcased new PV and storage solutions at Intersolar Europe 2025.
