France-headquartered Infranity and Omnes have entered a strategic equity partnership with Power Capital Renewable Energy, Ireland’s largest independent solar power producer. The partnership is structured to accelerate Power Capital’s expansion in solar photovoltaic projects and new investments in battery energy storage systems. Power Capital has a pipeline of more than 5 GW of projects planned for delivery across Ireland in the coming years. Infranity’s investment focus was on sustainable infrastructure, supporting platforms involved in clean energy development. Omnes has also reinforced its presence in the renewable energy sector through this agreement. The transaction was supported by dedicated equity investment teams from the partners.This partnership followed Infranity’s earlier €200 million renewables funding agreement with Blue Elephant.
