Saarbriicken, Germany headquartered Greencells Group, an EPC service provider, has signed an EPC and O&M contract with UK-based Enray Power for a 68.48 MW solar project in Camblesforth. The contract included a 25.15 MWh battery energy storage system enabling 10 MW (AC) grid injection over two hours. This project added to Greencells’ track record in the UK, where it has delivered nearly 50 projects since 2014, totaling over 500 MW. The Camblesforth project combined engineering, procurement, construction, and long-term maintenance. The agreement followed a meeting between CEOs Fabian Herr and Philip Price at Intersolar Europe in Munich, where final project details were confirmed.
