China-headquartered GraceSolar, a global provider of smart solar mounting systems, has developed a 63.32MW solar project in the Republic of Congo. The project was built in a remote area, which caused many transport and work-related problems. There were also security issues, such as repeated theft of materials. Some local workers had different skill levels, which led to mistakes during installation and slowed down progress. In response, the team implemented asset protection protocols and reallocated resources to maintain progress. GraceSolar also introduced a wind-resistant structure that withstood 150km/h winds and reduced foundational work by 30%. Testing confirmed its stability.Gracesolar has showcased its solutions at the SNEC PV Power Expo 2025, recently.
