GoldenPeaks Capital (GPC), one of Europe’s renewable energy producers, has secured a EUR 114 million senior loan facility to finance two solar photovoltaic portfolios in Poland. The financing was arranged with PKO Bank Polski and new partner Alior Bank, with Capcora serving as exclusive financial advisor. The projects, structured under a single framework, include long-term corporate Power Purchase Agreements and funding for DC capacity upscaling, subject to permit approvals. PKO Bank Polski continued its cooperation with GPC, while Addleshaw Goddard advised the lenders, and Greenberg Traurig with Clyde & Co represented GPC. The transaction marked the third collaboration between GPC and Capcora and highlighted the growing role of local bank club financing structures in Poland’s renewable energy expansion.
