GoldenPeaks Capital has connected its Bodroghalom and Nyékládháza solar projects to Hungary’s grid. The 64.56MW Zemplén Solar Park near Bodroghalom became fully operational by March 2025, generating 94.6GWh annually and supporting the aFRR market. It uses bifacial modules with single-axis trackers and operates under a 12-year PPA with Faerch. The Nyékládháza plant energized Block 1 by June 2025, with a 27.556MW capacity expected to produce 40GWh yearly. Power is delivered through a 132/22kV substation for efficient grid integration. Both projects faced unstable soil and wet weather during construction but remained on schedule. Spectris Hungary, GoldenPeaks’ EPC and O&M arm, manages engineering, construction, and long-term operations to ensure reliable asset performance.
