Argentina-based Genneia has started commercial operations at the Anchoris Solar Park in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. The 180MW plant involved a $160 million investment and features 360,000 bifacial solar modules. It is the company’s second project in the province. The facility supplies power to industrial users through Argentina’s Renewable Energy Term Market (MATER). Genneia stated the project reflects its execution capability and commitment to energy diversification and advanced technology. According to CEO Bernardo Andrews, the plant is designed to provide efficient and reliable energy across productive sectors. The company has set a target of exceeding 1.7GW of installed capacity by 2026.
