Flow Power has secured 10 % of output from ACEN Australia’s 400 MW Stubbo Solar project in New South Wales. The agreement has supported the national rollout of Flow Home, a wholesale-linked electricity plan for households. Stubbo Solar, built and owned by ACEN Australia, is among the largest new solar projects connected to the National Electricity Market. Flow Power has committed to matching 100 % of Flow Home customers’ electricity use with GreenPower-accredited renewable energy from local projects. These include Stubbo Solar, Newstead Energy Project, Hepburn Energy Park, Berri Energy Project, and Clermont Solar Farm. The offtake deal strengthened Flow Power’s plan to grow its renewable projects across Australia. It aimed to connect households to local clean energy and make power more affordable.
