France-based Entech Energy & Services has acquired 41 ground-mounted photovoltaic projects from TotalEnergies Renouvelables France. The portfolio was spread across 30 departments in France with a combined capacity of 159 MW. Several projects were ready for construction with permits secured, while others were still under review. This transaction was finalized after Entech Energy & Services completed a €15 million fundraising round. The acquisition also followed an earlier purchase of 100 MW of projects in 2025. Leaders from both Entech Energy & Services and TotalEnergies confirmed their cooperation in finalizing the deal. Entech Energy & Services stated that its project development goal is to build a total fleet of 350 MW by 2029.
