UK-headquartered Enray Power Ltd., a renewable energy IPP in the UK, has reached financial close for its Camblesforth Solar Farm near Selby, North Yorkshire. The 68.5MW solar and 24MWh BESS project was backed by Omnes. It marked Enray’s first co-located PV and storage asset under its UK IPP strategy. The project was expected to power 22,800 homes and offset 17,500 tons of CO₂ annually. It included a 16% biodiversity net gain and a community benefit fund. Akereos Capital arranged debt advisory, structuring, PPA, and BESS optimisation. Rabobank provided senior debt across multiple facilities. Legal advice came from Burges Salmon LLP. Aurora Energy Research supported BESS integration through its Chronos platform.
