Enery acquired Slovakia’s largest photovoltaic portfolio, adding nearly 35 MW of operational capacity. The company earlier opened a solar park in Dobl-Zwaring, signed a hybrid PPA with Teva, formed a joint venture with OMV Petrom in Bulgaria, and commissioned a battery system in Rummu. The acquired 32 plants totaled 34.6 MW and were previously owned by ContourGlobal and Energy Infrastructure Partners. Enery’s operational portfolio reached 561 MW and 651 GWh of annual output. The assets were spread across Slovakia and provided diversified generation conditions. ContourGlobal sold the portfolio as part of its asset rotation. Enery already operated three plants in Slovakia and developed a 0.6 GW pipeline. The new assets strengthened its position to pursue future projects and PPA opportunities.
