Empower Solar acquires Radix to expand in Arizona solar market

Empower Solar, a US-based solar installation company, has acquired Radix RDX LLC to expand into Arizona and the Phoenix Metro area. According to Empower Solar, the merger combines its installation expertise with Radix’s established sales infrastructure and nationwide customer network. Radix, founded in 2019, had worked with over 40 residential installers and sold more than 128 MW of solar capacity. Empower Solar said it will continue operating under its brand while integrating Radix’s sales team and market reach. As per both companies, shared values and a long-standing partnership supported the decision to merge. Empower Solar stated that the acquisition is expected to improve fulfillment, expand service offerings, and strengthen dealer partnerships across multiple US markets.
