Elevion acquires Trexcom and Reconcar to grow in Spain's PV sector

Elevion Group, a Germany-based energy services provider, acquired Trexcom Energías Renovables and Reconcar to strengthen its PV presence in Spain. Both companies have been integrated into BELECTRIC España, Elevion’s regional subsidiary. Trexcom, based in Murcia, has over 25 years of experience in solar energy and self-consumption systems for residential and commercial use. Reconcar specializes in installation and maintenance of low- and high-voltage electrical systems. The acquisition brought approximately 60 experienced employees from the Murcia region into BELECTRIC España’s operations. The move aligned with Elevion Group’s growth strategy in the Green Energy segment amid increasing demand for renewable solutions. The integration aimed to enhance BELECTRIC España’s technical capacity and local market reach. Both acquired companies contributed regional expertise and operational capabilities, supporting expansion efforts across Spain’s evolving PV sector.
