Dispatch Energy LLC, a US distributed energy solutions provider, has announced the acquisition of Green Lantern Solar, taking over 64 solar and battery storage projects totaling 208.9 MW (DC). The deal brought Dispatch’s portfolio to 489.5 MW as it expanded its distributed generation presence across multiple US states. Dispatch acquired all of Green Lantern’s operating assets, early-stage projects and O&M business. Green Lantern Solar’s founder said the transaction delivered a suitable outcome for its stakeholders, while Dispatch’s CEO stated the company had welcomed the GLS team and assets. Dispatch, founded in 2024, had raised over $360 million in 2025 to support distributed generation opportunities.
