Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd, an India-based engineering, procurement, and construction company, has announced the signing of a INR 215 crore agreement with SkymaxInfrapower Ltd for developing a 75 MW solar power project in Maharashtra. According to Dharan Infra-EPC, the contract has been executed through its wholly-owned subsidiary Dharan Infra Solar Pvt Ltd and covers the design, engineering, procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the Alley Solar Project. The project is to be developed across nine sites in the Nanded district and is expected to be completed between 2025 and 2027. The company stated that this is the second major contract from SkymaxInfrapower, following a ₹1,171.21 crore EPC award in August 2025 for renewable infrastructure development at Orvakal Industrial Park in Andhra Pradesh.
