China-based DAS Solar deployed multiple residential and commercial solar projects across the UK with local partners such as SRC Northwest, Jonstar Sustainable Technologies, and RN Electrical Contracting. The installations featured N-type module technology in locations including Cornwall, Nottingham, Wrexham, Marford, Huxley, and Wales. In Cornwall, a 629-kW system powered The Cornwall Hotel and Spa with integrated storage and EV charging. At Nottingham Arts College, a 31.82kW rooftop system supplied clean electricity. JPL Flavours’ headquarters used a 90.78kW system saving approximately £18,000 (~$ 23821) annually. Flint Town United FC adopted a 38.7kW system to cut energy use. Wrexham rooftops featured 444W modules with 9.6kWh storage. A 5.78kW system in Marford and a 5.34kW system in Huxley improved grid independence. These deployments supported growing PV demand amid the UKs addition of 2GW capacity in early H1 2025, with residential making up 86% of new installs. The Solar Roadmap targeted 4547GW by 2030 with a rooftop focus.
