French solar power producer Corsica Sole has completed the financing of two photovoltaic power plants on brownfield sites in Pithiviers and Cirey-sur-Vezouze. The total capacity reached 18 MW, expected to generate over 21 GWh of electricity annually, covering the consumption of around 12,000 people. Commissioning was scheduled for summer 2025. The project aimed to reduce CO₂ emissions by nearly 6,488 tons per year. SG structured the financing, with Monte Cristo Advisory acting as financial advisor. The initiative involved brownfield redevelopment, financial structuring, and solar power production.
