Constant Energy, a Singapore-headquartered independent power producer, and SCAVI Hue, a Vietnam-based textile manufacturing unit under B’lao Group, have partnered to develop a 1.245 MWp rooftop solar system. The project is located at the Phong Dien industrial zone and is operating, supplying on-site electricity for SCAVI Hue’s manufacturing operations. According to Constant Energy, the rooftop installation has replaced a planned grid infrastructure upgrade and improved power availability at the facility. SCAVI was engaged in apparel design, materials sourcing, and production organization for international brands. As per B’lao Group, the solar system has generated measurable operational cost savings through direct power consumption and reducing CO2 emissions.
