Singapore based Constant Energy and KIDO Vinh Company Limited have partnered to inaugurate a 2.65 MW rooftop solar system at the KIDO Vinh factory in Nghe An Province. The system is installed at the Lac Son Industrial Zone facility and supplied electricity for factory operations. KIDO Vinh, established in 2011 as part of KIDO Industrial Co., Ltd of South Korea, operated the site in the waterproof and outerwear garments sector. The system had an installed capacity of 2.65 MW and is expected to avoid around 35 tons of CO₂ emissions. The construction is carried out during periods affected by storms and adverse weather conditions. Risk mitigation measures, safety procedures, and construction planning were applied during implementation. The project is completed on schedule with no accidents and without interrupting factory operations.
