ClearGen Holdings, a US-based clean energy investment platform backed by CBRE Investment Management, has signed a $150 million partnership with Davis Hill Development (DHD), a Connecticut-based solar developer and subsidiary of Skyview Ventures. The agreement is structured to finance over 245 MW of DHD’s near-term pipeline across Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states, with expansion planned nationwide. The collaboration has combined ClearGen’s financial capabilities with DHD’s development expertise to accelerate community and commercial solar projects across the United States. The first project under this partnership is a 292 kW rooftop system in Washington, D.C., scheduled to become operational by year-end 2025. The rooftop project is equipped with 536 LONGi 545 W modules and was designed to offset 213,000 pounds of carbon dioxide annually. According to DHD, the emissions reduction is equivalent to supplying electricity for approximately 20 average households each year.
