Benex Japan Co., Ltd. installed and began operating the 4.3 MW Benex Sakaikoga Solar Port on the roof of the LF Sakaikoga logistics facility in Sakai-cho, Sarushima-gun, Ibaraki Prefecture. The company, a subsidiary of Cushman & Wakefield, placed 6,994 Trina Solar modules and SUNGROW PCS units on the site through the Sakaikogawa Facility Special Purpose Company. The plant was designed with an estimated annual output of about 4.28 million kWh, equivalent to the electricity use of roughly 1,425 households. With this facility, Benex Japan held 54 in-house power plants totaling around 75.3 MW, including 37 rooftop systems and 29 FIP projects. The FIP start date was November 18, 2025.
