US-based renewable energy developer, Balanced Rock Power has sold 2.775 MW of utility-scale solar and BESS projects across Texas, Arizona, and California in 2024 and 2025. This includes the 150 MW Two Brothers project in ERCOT. The company strategically sited projects in high-demand zones, secured interconnection agreements, and procured long-lead equipment to ensure project viability. Two Brothers was sold in Q2 2025 to a private equity-backed IPP, marking BRP’s third BESS transaction in ERCOT and demonstrating its capability in executing large-scale clean energy deals.
