ARRAY Technologies, US-based manufacturer, has announced it will supply 100% domestic content trackers for a 200MW (AC) solar project in Indiana. The Emerald Green Solar project, developed by ENGIE North America, is in Howard County, north of Indianapolis. ARRAY’s OmniTrack™ trackers will be used, meeting domestic content requirements under the U.S. Treasury’s Notice 2025-08. This is ARRAY’s first full-site deployment using fully domestic components. Compliance qualifies the project for a 28.7% Assigned Cost Percentage, including a 9.4% production ACP. The steel, including torque tubes, is sourced and rolled locally in Indiana. More than 250 workers are expected during construction. ARRAY collaborated with a third-party tax firm to ensure federal guideline compliance. Tracker deliveries are scheduled to begin in Q3 2025, supporting regional manufacturing and labor engagement.
