ASE developed part of the site on a former brownfield area, which required demolition work, removal of unexploded ordnance, and environmental restoration. The company worked closely with local authorities and involved the regional economy during implementation.ASE’s CEO, Tarun Agrawal, said the company had more than 3 GW of solar and storage projects under development in Germany, within a total European pipeline of about 7 GW.
