Ampliform, a Pennsylvania-based developer of utility-scale solar facilities, has announced the closing of a loan facility of up to $165 million with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) through its Green Credit Fund I. The proceeds supported the advancement of Ampliform’s solar project pipeline across multiple U.S. regional grids, focusing on near-term development and construction within the PJM region, which covers 13 states and Washington D.C. The funding also aided project activities in the MISO and NYISO markets. CIP’s Green Credit Fund I, which had secured commitments of about €1 billion ($1.1 billion), provided private debt to global energy projects as part of its greenfield energy infrastructure strategy.
