INFINITE modules have delivered 30–40 W more output than TOPCon modules of similar size due to design innovations. Image Source: AIKO
AIKO, a China-based manufacturer of PV modules, secured over 1 GW in new orders for its third-generation INFINITE modules at Intersolar Europe 2025. The modules feature n-type ABC cell technology and deliver 30 W to 40 W more output than equivalent TOPCon modules due to ZeroGap layout and InvisiRibbon interconnection. These design improvements increase the light-receiving area by 4.8%, enhance shading tolerance, and improve long-term durability. The modules’ grid-free, full-black design targets residential and commercial rooftop installations across European markets. According to AIKO, the strong order volume reflects growing regional demand for high-efficiency and visually integrated solar products. Buyers cited better thermal performance, higher energy yield, and aesthetic appeal as key procurement reasons. Companies placing orders included Krannich Solar, Klüber Energie, Libra Energy, Triple Solar, Energy3000 solar, and other major European distributors and installers.
