ACCIONA Energía has reorganized its operations in Southeast Asia with The Blue Circle. Under the new structure, ACCIONA Energía has taken full ownership of renewable energy portfolios in the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. The company has a solid pipeline of wind and solar projects in these countries, covering development, construction and operation stages. Expansion plans are expected to accelerate particularly in the Philippines, where the portfolio is strongest. The Blue Circle has remained independent and is focusing on projects in Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Cambodia. The reorganization was intended to strengthen ACCIONA Energía’s presence in Asia-Pacific, which was identified as a key growth region. The move also gave both companies clearer regional focus and defined operational responsibilities.
